LANDRY/S is a boutique criminal and civil litigation firm based in Grey, Bruce, Huron, Perth, and Simcoe counties. Our mission is to provide city-level expertise to clients in rural Ontario by delivering no stone unturned advocacy that is accessible and rooted in local understanding.

Services

We represent clients charged with all offences under the Criminal Code of Canada and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. We have particular expertise in defending clients charged with sexual offences.

We represent clients in civil actions involving police or correctional officer brutality, malicious prosecution, and negligent investigation. We have particular expertise with Coroner’s Inquests, wrongful death and serious personal injury claims as well as civil suits arising from criminal convictions.

We represent clients pursuing remedies for breaches of Charter rights and those raising constitutional challenges to government action and legislation.
